Terms and conditions
These terms set out the general basis on which Whites Exterior Cleaning provides quotations, bookings and exterior cleaning services. They are intended as a practical starting point and can be updated if the business offers new services or uses different booking arrangements.
Quotations and bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised if site conditions, access requirements, property size or the scope of work are different when the job is inspected or carried out. A booking is only confirmed once it has been agreed directly with the customer.
Access and customer responsibilities
Customers should provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including clear access routes, working water or power where required, and notice of any known defects, fragile surfaces, loose fittings, leaks, unsafe electrics, damaged seals or other risks that could affect the work.
Weather, delays and safety
Exterior cleaning work may need to be delayed, rescheduled or stopped where weather, site conditions, safety concerns, restricted access or other events outside reasonable control make the job unsafe or impractical. Whites Exterior Cleaning will aim to rearrange the work as soon as reasonably possible.
Cleaning results
Exterior cleaning can improve appearance, but results will vary depending on age, wear, staining, existing damage, previous repairs, surface type and maintenance history. Some marks, discoloration, etched staining, oxidation, seal failure or embedded dirt may remain even after reasonable care has been taken.
Liability and exclusions
Whites Exterior Cleaning will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whites Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for loss or damage arising from pre-existing defects, poor installation, worn materials, hidden weaknesses, faulty fittings, blocked or damaged drainage, failed seals, structural issues or any information not disclosed before work starts.
Where the law allows, Whites Exterior Cleaning will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of use or any claim that is disproportionate to the value of the work carried out. Any liability connected with the services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Payments and cancellations
Payment terms will be confirmed when the work is booked or quoted. Customers should give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an agreed appointment. Whites Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to decline, stop or reschedule work where access is not available, conditions are unsafe or the scope changes materially from the original booking.

Governing law
